The first step (and by no means the least) in your individual home construction project lies in choosing the right plot of land. Construction Plus is able to support you throughout this crucial stage. We help you find a plot that matches your wishes, but above all one that is perfectly suited to the type of home you want to build.

All our houses are built as part of a CCMI; the Single-Family Home Building Contract. They receive the following guarantees :
- Structural damage insurance
- Delivery guarantee at the agreed price and within the agreed timeframe

- Two-year and ten-year warranties
